Andrew Schydlowsky

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Since founding his first Internet-based DTC company in 1998, Andrew has been at the forefront of the intersection between the Internet and branding. Andrew has founded and operated e-Commerce, distribution, and retail companies, as well as a market leading MarTech company, which was the immediate predecessor to TrackStreet. Andrew’s accomplishments have been recognized by the Pacific Coast Business Times with a 40 Under 40 Award, showcasing his success across various industries and dedication to innovation.

Ignacio Jaimes

President & Chief Financial Officer

Ignacio offers over 20 years of financial expertise in public and private equity-backed companies, excelling in both strategic and tactical frameworks. At TrackStreet, he specializes in developing and implementing effective financial systems, operations, controls, procedures, and process improvements to support growth. His experience spans multiple global enterprises with operations in the Americas and EMEA, showcasing a successful track record across various industries.

Igor Gabelev

Chief Technology Officer

Igor boasts over 20 years of expertise as a software engineering leader, driving product development for large-scale, global teams in the Telecommunications, Data Warehousing, Advertising, and Automotive industry. At TrackStreet, he excels in strategic planning, business analysis, and solution architecture, consistently delivering projects on time and under budget. His extensive experience spans various sectors, including a proven record of success at industry-leading companies.

Julie Engel

VP of Business Transformation

Julie is an accomplished leader with 20 years of experience across product development, data operations, customer success, and organizational transformation. Her time at TrackStreet has increasingly focused on strategic roles across the business, gaining a rare end-to-end understanding of how product, operations, and customer outcomes intersect in a fast-growing technology company. Julie’s experience includes directing global data operations teams, co-leading product strategy for high-impact intelligence solutions, and driving programs that strengthened retention, efficiency, and cross-functional execution.

Todd Martin

VP of Product

Todd is an accomplished product leader with more than 15 years of experience shaping digital products, customer experiences, and technology strategies across a range of online businesses. His background spans product management, user experience, operations, and cross-functional leadership, giving him a well-rounded perspective on how to build and scale solutions that meet real customer and market needs. At TrackStreet he leads product strategy, roadmap planning, and execution.

Dave Robertson

VP of Sales

Dave is a relationship-driven sales leader who brings a clear, people-first approach to helping brands understand the value TrackStreet delivers. With a background leading and developing high-performing sales teams in fast-moving SaaS environments, he focuses on creating conversations that center on customer needs, long-term partnership, and measurable impact. Dave is known for building teams that communicate with clarity, operate with consistency, and prioritize trust at every stage of the sales journey.

Michelle Barth-Dailing

VP of Operations

Michelle has built her career across eCommerce, retail, and brand protection, with more than two decades of experience in roles spanning sales, marketplace management, customer support, and operational leadership. Before joining TrackStreet, she spent many years supporting brands across beauty, specialty retail, and online marketplaces, managing partner relationships, developing sales programs, and leading teams focused on enforcement and customer engagement. Since coming to TrackStreet, Michelle has progressed through brand protection and operations roles, taking on responsibility for teams across investigations, managed services, data operations, implementations, and customer support.

Maritza Maldonado

VP of Finance & Revenue Operations

Maritza is a senior finance leader with over 20 years of experience leading global finance operations, strategic planning, and large-scale transformations across private equity–backed and public companies. She has overseen end-to-end finance functions—including FP&A, accounting, treasury, tax, and reporting—while driving complex M&A integrations, divestitures, and ERP implementations. Known for delivering measurable results, Maritza has unlocked multimillion-dollar revenue gains and cost synergies while building high-performing, multi-regional teams. Her expertise also includes BI strategy, KPI development, forecasting improvement, and driving operational efficiency through analytics and systems modernization.
