The acquisition is a step toward TrackStreet's vision of an ecosystem that delivers more revenue through the right channels and more margin in the right pockets.

LAS VEGAS, October 5, 2026 — TrackStreet, a market leader in eCommerce channel control and revenue growth, today announced it has acquired Candid Wholesale. The acquisition moves TrackStreet toward authorized B2B commerce, where brands grow sales through authorized partners, not just protect their channels.
For years, leading manufacturers and brands have trusted TrackStreet to make sure their products are sold through the right partners, in the right channels, and at the right price. Candid Wholesale is a step toward the next part of that mission: helping brands not just protect their channels, but accelerate growth through their authorized partners.
"Brands have trusted us for years to stop the transactions that hurt them. Over time, we want to help create the ones that grow them," said Andrew Schydlowsky, founder and CEO of TrackStreet. "B2B commerce is wide open, and the tools haven't caught up with how wholesale actually works. Candid gives us a running start, built by people who spent years getting the details right."
Wholesale is going digital. Across B2B, buyers increasingly expect to buy the way they shop everywhere else: online, on their own schedule, without the back-and-forth. According to Gartner, Inc., 67% of B2B buyers prefer a rep-free buying experience. A new generation is driving the change. In Forrester's 2025 research, Millennials and Gen Z made up 64% of business buyers at the manager level and above, and they bring consumer expectations with them.
The market is following. The global B2B eCommerce market is projected to grow at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 20.9% from 2026 to 2033, according to Grand View Research.
Buyers want to serve themselves, but wholesale doesn't work like consumer shopping. Each buyer can have different prices, payment terms, and products they're allowed to buy. Most eCommerce tools weren't built to handle that.
Other parts of commerce have already been rebuilt to reflect how buying works now. impact.com has made partnerships with creators, affiliates, and referrers a measurable growth channel, and Constructor has brought AI-powered product discovery to retail and B2B catalogs. Wholesale's version of that shift is still ahead.
Meanwhile, knowing who is authorized to sell a product has always been separate from how that product gets ordered. Closing that gap is what we call authorized B2B commerce. It will take time, and this acquisition is where that work begins.
This is an evolution, not a shift. Brand protection remains at the core of what we do.
When channel control works, brands see fewer unauthorized sellers, higher average selling prices, and deeper orders from their retail partners. The natural next question is how a healthier channel accelerates more orders. That's where we're headed, and Candid Wholesale is an important early step.
Commerce is also moving beyond websites into marketplaces, social channels, and AI agents that buy on someone's behalf. As it does, authorized B2B commerce matters more: brands will need confidence that every transaction runs through the right partners, at the right price.
For now, Candid Wholesale continues to operate as its own platform. We'll share more as our plans take shape.
We're excited to welcome Candid Wholesale, and the brands and retailers who rely on it, to the TrackStreet family. Co-founders Avery Bloom and Dave Lowensohn spent over a decade building a platform around the details that make wholesale work. We're proud to build on that foundation.
"TrackStreet has deep roots in eCommerce, and we're excited by how it plans to evolve the platform," said Avery Bloom, co-founder of Candid Wholesale. "Building Candid has been one of the most rewarding things we've done, and we're proud of what's next for it."
